The European Incoherent Scatter Scientific Association (EISCAT) operates an ionospheric heating facility, capable of transmitting over 1 GW effective radiated power (ERP), near Tromsø in Norway.
EISCAT is an acronym for the European Incoherent Scatter Scientific Association. It operates three incoherent scatter radar systems, at 224 MHz, 931 MHz in Northern Scandinavia and one at 500 MHz on Svalbard, used to study the interaction between the Sun and the Earth as revealed by disturbances in the ionosphere and magnetosphere. At the Ramfjordmoen facility (near Tromsø, Norway) it also operates an ionospheric heater facility, similar to HAARP. Additional receiver stations are located in Sodankylä, Finland, and Kiruna, Sweden. The EISCAT Headquarters are also located in Kiruna.
An ionospheric heater is an array of antennas which are used for heating the ionosphere, and which can create artificial aurora.

All the signs are that it was man-made, with EISCAT's heater and VHF radar, maybe a barium cloud, and lots of watts. Maybe it was just the TEQUILA Sunrise test on EISCAT's agenda that morning. Seems more likely it was done on purpose, for fun, or more likely to test the public reaction, same as they test the ionosphere by beaming it and reading the echos. No way it was a missile! NFW!

They are getting sloppy, there are people who actually research things on their own and use a critic eye when watching news as well as alternative news, and those people know way too much for their own safety. But who cares about the safety when you want to know the truth, some things costs you know. EISCAT where used that day, Tequila sunrise is the experiments name, and now they are building the EISCAT 3d station that will have 44.000 antennas and able to simulate 3d images in the atmosphere, so accurate that a man cant tell the difference from that or reality, (Matrix).
Now we have a huge responsibility to accurate inform others and explain what is actually happening. This phenomena will probably occur all around the earth 2012. And when that is happening, we need to tell people that UFO:s are not taking over the planet, that this is a man made simulation to chock the population into a mass psychos in a effort to take over the planet themselves. If knowing what this is, you will not be as scared and maybe create a huge opposition of awareness that will end this psychological atrocity's.
